Where to celebrate Diwali in Minneapolis

Raag on 50th, at 50th and France, holds a Diwali weekend buffet with a free bazaar on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October, 11am to 2.30pm, and Science of Spirituality’s free Diwali evening — a satsang, a Diwali dinner and a cultural programme — is at its Columbia Heights centre on Friday 30 October, 6pm to 11pm, by RSVP. On Diwali itself, Sunday 8 November, the Jain Center of Minnesota lists a Diwali Nirvan Pooja from 8am to 2pm, and the TwinCities Tamil Association’s Deepavali concert is on Sunday 22 November, 3pm to 6.30pm, at the Eisenhower Community Center in Hopkins. The Hindu Society of Minnesota’s Diwali Mela was held at the Woodbury sports centre on 18 October last year, and no 2026 date had been published by 23 October.
