About this event
The Flower Carpet on the Grand-Place in Brussels is an ephemeral art exhibition, displayed for four days every two years around August 15th. This 24th edition, from August 13th to 16th, 2026, honors Japan with a new artistic fresco. Over a hundred volunteers create a 1680 m2 carpet of begonias, dahlias, grass, and bark on the Grand-Place.
