Ask for a referral with the role, the company and a line about you — people help faster when they can see the fit. Offer one when you can. Links to openings wait for a moderator, so share the employer's own careers page.
Never pay for a referral, a job or a visa. Paid "referrals", CV reviews by people who found you here, and fees to "process" an offer are scams.
General information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check with an adviser for your own situation.
Referrals are favours, never for sale: no referral fees, CV-writing services or paid "consultants". Share openings with a link to the employer's own careers page (links wait for a moderator). No recruiting agencies.
