Beldrive is the FPS Mobility and Transport online platform where citizens can apply for their driving licence. It covers applications for provisional Category B licences and renewals of permanent Category A and B licences (expiring, lost, or damaged). You need a passed theory exam OR an expiring/lost licence. Apply via Beldrive using your eID or itsme. The system uses your ID card photo. Collect the physical licence in person by appointment. Cannot use Beldrive if: you need a medical certificate, your right to drive has expired, you just passed the practical exam, or your licence was stolen.
